32nd Annual Fellowship Symposium held at Utah Valley University

The 32nd Annual Fellowship Symposium of the Utah NASA Space Grant Consortium was held on May 4, 2026, at Utah Valley University. The event featured 19 graduate student presentations, 33 poster presentations representing 39 undergraduate students, and six workforce development project team posters, showcasing the breadth of research and hands-on projects supported by the Consortium.

Since the event took place on May the 4th, attendees also enjoyed a fun Star Wars Day celebration, complete with trivia and costume contests, with prizes awarded to participants. We were especially honored to welcome representatives from all four Utah Congressional District offices and sincerely appreciate their continued support of the Utah NASA Space Grant Consortium.

A Symposium Proceedings volume was published featuring graduate student papers along with undergraduate student and workforce development team posters. Proceedings from all past Utah NASA Space Grant Fellowship Symposiums are available through the USU Digital Commons Library here.

The Symposium also received media coverage. Tech Buzz, Utah Tech News published an article highlighting the event, and additional coverage appeared in Utah Policy. Another news release was published by Utah Policy.

Thank you to all of our UNSGC affiliates, students, faculty, staff, volunteers, judges, and sponsors whose participation and support made this year's Fellowship Symposium such a successful and memorable event.
